| Combine everything in a small saucepan and
bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Let cool. Makes 3 cups. This sauce should store safely in your refrigerator for a good long while. I like to use this on Boston butts and pork shoulders, sometimes even injecting this into the meat prior to cooking. |
